cOACH aNDREW

My journey into fitness started in 2002 when I joined the military as an Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician, disarming bombs around the world. Training five days a week wasn’t just about staying ready for the demands of the job—it was where I discovered a deep fascination with human movement and its impact on performance and well-being.

After 10 years of service, I opened my first gym, CrossFit High Order, in 2014, driven by a passion to help others unlock their full potential. For nearly a decade, I worked with clients to achieve their fitness goals. But in 2020, when COVID-19 turned everything upside down, I wasn’t sure if my gym would survive. I even explored becoming a financial advisor—but after just one hour at a desk, I knew I had to follow my true calling.

That’s when I rebranded my gym as Primal Path, a space dedicated to holistic health and natural movement patterns. Today, I focus on helping clients 40+ regain pain-free movement so they can confidently take on their days and achieve more than they thought possible. Whether it’s walking without pain, lifting with ease, or simply feeling stronger, my goal is to help my clients thrive through purposeful movement and sustainable fitness practices.

cOACH nADINE

My coaching journey started with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Leisure Management, specializing in Sport Performance. I then taught group classes and personal training at various gyms before becoming a certified Precision Nutrition Coach in 2020. Since then, I’ve worked with over 100 clients, helping them achieve goals like weight loss and muscle gain.

My passion for fitness and nutrition is deeply personal. Having struggled with disordered eating and diet culture, I understand the challenges and harmful effects firsthand. That’s why I’m dedicated to guiding clients toward healthier, sustainable habits and empowering them to build lasting, positive relationships with food and fitness.
