Hi I’m Andrew, the owner and head trainer at Primal Path. From disarming bombs in the military to opening my first gym in 2012, my journey has been anything but typical.
in 2020 I rebranded my gym to Primal Path, focusing on holistic health and our natural movement patterns.
With over 10 years of experience, I have helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals without the help of doctors, pills and proclaimed “quick fixes.”
